Term & Condition

This web page represents a legal document and is the Terms of Use (Agreement) for our service. Please review the following terms carefully and for additional clarification of this agreement.

Terms of Price, Payment and Delivery

• Price are based on FOB Indonesia ( Surabaya or Semarang Port ).
• Payment method: Bank transfer (TT).
• Make a down payment of 50% to start production (Order Confirmation) in the allocated bank account or on behalf of our company.
• We will send your order once we have received the remaining 50% of your invoice.
• The original documents will be given to you once payment has been received.
• Minimum order is 1 x 20 ft container.

Terms of Production

Estimated production time is required: 20 ft or 40 ft need 5–10 days (on average), all processes depend on the amount of raw materials and order queues. Sometimes it can be faster than the mentioned time, but it all depends on the current workload in the factory.
